Precision testing and repair

Assembling

1. After precision testing and repair of all components, they should be counted and organized. The parts and consumables to be replaced should be picked up and classified for storage, and preparations should be made before assembly

2. All fixtures are ready and installation begins according to the original factory standard assembly procedure

3. Follow the original factory operating standards. Adjust the gap according to the original factory standards and the repair accuracy of key components, and install all components and consumables that need to be replaced.

4. After assembly, conduct a comprehensive self check and prepare for power on testing after passing. The assembly process is the main factor determining the quality of maintenance, and our company adheres to the original factory operating standards

Complete testing

1. Prepare for testing basic guarantees such as connecting water, gas, and electricity to ensure accurate and error free connection methods.

2. Test the basic performance of the single machine body, and after the basic performance is qualified, connect all electronic control components for complete testing preparation.

3. Connect to a specially designed complete testing platform and prepare for complete testing. Check the working status of each instrument and conduct uninterrupted and complete tests with a duration greater than 48 hours

4. Testers shall fully record all data before, during, and after the test, summarize the test conclusions, and prepare a test report. After being handed over to the maintenance manager, a complete machine maintenance report will be issued
